The Art, The Heart, + a Bit About Brooke
Hi, I’m Brooke, an artist, photographer, printmaker, and jewelry-maker who can’t seem to stick to just one thing.
I started with photography - chasing light, movement, and emotion through the lens. Over time, that love for seeing and feeling translated into new ways of creating: watercolor, screen printing, block printing, jewelry, and whatever else I feel called to explore.
Each new medium has taught me something different — how to sit in uncertainty, how to let go of control, how to keep creating even when I don’t have the answers. That process of learning, unlearning, and staying curious is what keeps me grounded.
Stay Golden has become a quiet mantra in my work — a reminder to notice the light in the middle of the chaos, to slow down, and to make things with heart.
My work is about slowing down, noticing small moments, and sharing that with others — through workshops, handmade goods, or just good conversation. Creativity, for me, is how we build community — it’s how we connect, reflect, and remind each other that we’re all works in progress.
Outside the studio, I’m usually playing soccer, biking, exploring, or hanging out with my family. I help organize photography workshops, lead watercolor and breathwork classes, volunteer with my local soccer board, and find creative joy anywhere it shows up — especially when it means collaborating with good humans.
This space is where it all overlaps — art, mindfulness, community, and the golden in-between moments that make life feel full.
